- 4 pork chops boneless, thick cut
- 2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/4 Cup mustard stone ground
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 Cup parsley chopped for garnish
- Remove the pork chops from the fridge and let come to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes
- Brush a layer of yellow mustard onto the pork chops. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket, leaving room between each pork chop. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
- While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the honey mustard. In a small bowl, combine honey, stone ground mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and crushed garlic.
