Apple Cider Mojito

This apple cider mojito is a crisp and cozy cocktail perfect for fall. It’s easy to prepare, beautifully garnished and ideal for casual sipping or festive entertaining.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup lemon juice 
  • 1 Cup rum
  • 2 ½ Cups apple cider
  • club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a pitcher stir together the lemon, rum and apple cider.  
  • Once you are ready to serve add the ice to the pitcher and stir.  
  • Pour into glasses and finish with a splash of club soda. Garnish with mint and cinnamon sticks.  

Notes

Use fresh cider: Fresh or local cider gives the best depth of flavor.
Add garnishes last: Add mint and spices just before serving to keep them fresh.
Chill ingredients: Keep your cider and club soda cold so your drink stays icy without too much melting.
