Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons spirulina blue
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 Cup peaches frozen
  • ¼ Cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 Cup almond milk or coconut milk

Suggested Toppings

  • 3 blueberries frozen
  • 3 blackberries frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa nibs
  • ¼ banana sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut butter crumbles

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix frozen bananas and almond milk.
  • Add the pineapple and peaches. Mix on low until blended.
  • Add blue spirulina and blend well.
  • Place in a bowl and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use frozen fruit: This gives the bowl a thicker, creamier texture.
Blend slowly: Start low and increase speed to avoid over-blending.
Add milk gradually: Control the thickness by adding just enough liquid.
