Blueberry Jam Seltzer

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons jam blueberry or your favorite flavor
  • 8 Ounces seltzer water any flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Optional Garnishes

  • fresh fruit chopped or sliced
  • herb sprigs

Instructions

  • Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favourite jam into the bottom of a glass.
  • Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into the bottom of the glass.
  • Stir to combine. Top with seltzer water.
  • Add ice cubes and garnish if liked.

Notes

Stir well before topping: This helps the jam blend smoothly.
Use chilled seltzer: It keeps the drink cold and carbonated.
Garnish intentionally: A sprig of mint or slice of fruit adds polish.
