Ingredients

For the Caesar Dressing:

For the Wraps:

  • 3 Cups chicken cooked, diced or shredded
  • 3 Cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 avocados diced
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 tortillas burrito-sized, 10-inch, warmed

Instructions

Make the Dressing:

  • Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  • Gently whisk in the olive oil until combined. Set aside.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Add the chicken, romaine lettuce, avocado, Caesar dressing, and parmesan to a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Once you have warmed the tortillas, divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center and then roll up like a burrito. Slice and serve immediately, with more dressing if desired.

Notes

Don't use cold wraps: They will probably tear or crack, so use warm wraps for this recipe.
Perfectly shredded chicken: For tender, shredded chicken, cook it in a slow or pressure cooker before shredding.
Ripe avocados: Ensure avocados are perfectly ripe for a creamy, smooth addition to your wrap.
Crisp lettuce: Keep the romaine lettuce crisp by storing it in the refrigerator until you're ready to assemble the wraps.
Extra dressing: If you like extra saucy wraps, keep some Caesar dressing on hand for dipping or drizzling. If you prefer, you can use lemon juice instead of apple cider vinegar in the dressing.
Taste the dressing: You might need to add more salt or a crack of freshly ground black pepper to it.
Make minis: The chicken Caesar filling makes two large Caesar salad wraps, but you can use smaller tortillas or less filling to make more than two wraps. You could also use large wraps cut in half for this.
Stabilize the wraps for transport: Add toothpicks to help the wraps stay together if you’re transporting them.
