Christmas Chocolate Cake Martini

This Christmas chocolate cake martini is a creamy cocktail made with vodka, milk and chocolate-hazelnut spread. It’s rich, festive and perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Nutella or similar chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • ½ Cup cake flavor vodka such as Pinnacle Cake Vodka, chilled
  • 1 Cup whole milk chilled
  • 1 Pinch salt 

Optional Garnishes

  • chocolate cake slices cut with a round cookie cutter and halved
  • sprinkles Christmas themed
  • Nutella

Instructions

  • In the pitcher of a blender (or cup of an immersion blender) add Nutella, cake vodka and milk. Blend until combined.
  • Add a pinch of salt and blend once more. Pour into an 8-ounce glass.  
  • Top each glass with a chocolate cake cutout. Pipe Nutella onto each cake slice and finish with some festive sprinkles.  

Notes

Chill ingredients: Cold milk and vodka make the drink extra refreshing.
Use quality spread: A good chocolate-hazelnut spread boosts the flavor.
Blend well: Ensure the spread fully incorporates for a smooth finish.
Keep garnish optional: Skip the cake slices if you want a quicker, simpler drink.
