Ingredients

  • 3 teabags green or black
  • 1 Cup water boiling
  • 2 lemons juice only
  • 2 limes juice only
  • 3 Tablespoons honey or adjust to taste
  • 1/2 Cup vodka
  • 5 Cups peach juice

To Garnish

  • 1 peach wedge
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 3 mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Bring a cup of water to a boil. Add teabags in a pitcher then pour water. Allow to steep for 3 minutes.
  • In the meantime, roll lemons and limes on a hard surface with your palm. It will help to get more juice. Cut lemons and limes in half. Put a strainer on a medium bowl then squeeze lemons and limes.
  • Add lemon and lime juice in the pitcher and mix with honey.
  • Pour vodka and peach juice. Stir well to combine the flavors.
  • Refrigerate until chilled. Remove teabags before refrigerating if you don’t want a strong tea taste.
  • When ready, garnish glasses with peach slices, mint, lemon slices and ice cubes.

Notes

Watch steep time: Oversteeping tea can cause bitterness.
Adjust honey to taste: Start with less and add more if needed.
Chill thoroughly: Serve well chilled for maximum refreshment.
Use quality juice: Pure peach juice improves flavor greatly.
