Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks butter 1 Cup, unsalted, at room temperature
  • ½ Cup honey
  • ½ Teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the butter.
  • Beat the butter on high using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until fluffy.
  • Add the honey and salt and beat on high for one minute.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Start with soft butter: Let the butter come to room temperature so it whips easily.
Don’t overmix: Stop once the mixture is smooth and airy to keep the texture light.
Use high-quality honey: The better the honey, the better the flavor of the finished butter.
