How to Make Green Juice Without a Juicer

You don’t need a juicer to enjoy fresh green juice at home. This easy blender method uses everyday ingredients to create a refreshing, nutrient-rich drink. It is fast, simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups spinach
  • 1 Cup kale
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 7 celery stalks
  • Cup mint leaves
  • Cup water if using a juicer instead of a blender, don't add this water

Instructions

  • Cut ingredients into pieces and place in a blender. and blend on high speed.
  • Blend on high speed until a smooth consistency. You may need to stop the blender an redistribute the fruits and vegetables to blend properly.
  • Lay a cheese cloth over a bowl. Pour contents of the blender into the cheese cloth.
  • Gather the ends of the cheese cloth together and squeeze to remove the juice from the pulp.

Notes

Use cold produce: It makes the juice more refreshing.
Blend in stages: Work in batches if your blender is small.
Strain thoroughly: Squeeze out as much juice as you can.
Serve immediately: This juice tastes best when fresh.
