Morning Green Juice
Ingredients
- 2 Cups spinach
- 1 Cup kale
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 7 celery stalks
- 1/3 Cup mint leaves
- 1/3 Cup water, read notes
Instructions
- Cut ingredients into pieces and place in a blender. and blend on high speed
- Blend on high speed until a smooth consistency. You may need to stop the blender an redistribute the fruits and vegetables to blend properly.
- Lay a cheese cloth over a bowl. Pour contents of the blender into the cheese cloth.
- Gather the ends of the cheese cloth together and squeeze to remove the juice from the pulp.
