Ingredients

Instructions

  • In the glass of a blender add all the ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses, scraping it from the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed, and serve with a straw.

Notes

Adding pollen: I used pollen as a topping. Feel free to use or omit.
Sweetener amount: If your banana and mango are on the sweeter side, you might only need 1 tablespoon of sweetener. If they aren’t as sweet, you’ll probably need two.
Thicken it up: If you want your smoothie to be thicker, feel free to use frozen fruits.
Use ripe fruit: Ripe banana and mango will give you the smoothest, sweetest result.
Chill ingredients: Cold almond milk or frozen fruit helps make the smoothie extra refreshing.
Blend thoroughly: Matcha can clump, so make sure to blend long enough for a smooth texture.
