Oreo stuffed cookie monster cookies bake bright blue with a whole Oreo in the center, crushed cookies on top and soft chewy texture throughout. They mix quickly and bake into giant colorful treats.

Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Once the wet and dry ingredients are combined, crush 5 Oreos and fold them into the cookie dough.
Shape and Chill
Divide your cookie dough into 6 balls.
Flatten each ball into a disc and place an Oreo in the center.
Fold the cookie dough over the Oreo.
Roughly break a few more Oreos and chips ahoy and press them into the top of your cookies.
Chill your cookies in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Bake the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Bake your cookies for 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
Notes
Chill the dough: Helps cookies keep their shape when baking. Space cookies well: They spread more than standard cookies. Press toppings on firmly: Keeps the cookie pieces in place after baking. Don’t overbake: Centers should look slightly soft when you remove them.
