Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Prosecco
  • 1 Cup peach juice freshly pressed
  • 2 peaches roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ Cups ice

To Garnish

  • ½ peach sliced
  • 6 Sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Pulse until everything is well incorporated and slushy.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs.  

Notes

Use ripe peaches: They give better flavor and sweetness.
Chill the Prosecco: Cold bubbles keep the drink extra refreshing.
