Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pour the pineapple juice into a blender. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, peeled banana, orange, and the peach pieces, and finally the ice.
  • Blend at a low speed, gradually increasing to a high speed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice, and stop when your desired smoothie consistency is achieved.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a reliable blender: You can use frozen fruit instead of fresh and the difference should be minimal. Just ensure you have a high speed blender that's strong enough to handle ice and frozen fruit. Most of them can these days, but maybe try a little in there first to make sure!
A pineapple garnish: If you’re using fresh pineapple, you can even serve this smoothie with pineapple in the pineapple fruit shell. That looks so tropical and fun!
Peach skin: Peel your peach if you wish but you can also leave the skin on if you prefer. The blender will get the skin into tiny pieces and that way you're enjoying extra nutrients in the smoothie.
