Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Chop the fresh rosemary and place it in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix until you get a soft dough. If it’s still sticky, add few tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
  • Roll out the dough on parchment paper as thick as you like and cut it in small squares with pizza slicer. Using a fork make holes in each piece.
  • Transfer the crackers on parchment paper onto a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Bake for 5 more minutes to make them extra crunchy.

Notes

Chop rosemary finely: It helps distribute flavor evenly in the dough.
Don’t overwork the dough: Mix just until it comes together for tender crackers.
Roll evenly: A consistent thickness ensures even baking.
Let them cool: They crisp up more as they cool completely.
