Ingredients

Instructions

  • Spread the peanuts in one layer in your crockpot.
  • Break up the vanilla almond bark and add it on top.
  • Cover and cook for an hour on low or until melted, then stir to combine.
  • Give it another 15 minutes if the mixture isn’t fully melted and smooth, repeating if needed.
  • Turn the slow cooker off and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, 30 to 45 minutes. If it’s too hot, the M&Ms and marshmallows will melt in, which you don’t want. The mixture should still be melted but almost cool to the touch.
  • Line a pair of baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Gently stir the M&Ms and marshmallows into the melted mixture.
  • Scoop up clusters using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop and space them out on the lined baking sheet.
  • Top each one with 2 or 3 extra M&M candies and some bunny sprinkles.
  • Let the candies set at room temperature for an hour or in the fridge for half an hour, or until hardened.

Notes

Make sure they don't burn: Since all slow cookers work differently, check that your candy isn't scorching on the bottom. Keep the heat on low.
Let the chocolate mixture cool: It's important to allow the melted almond bark mixture to cool down before mixing in the marshmallows and M&Ms, otherwise they will melt. You can refrigerate the M&M candies while the bark melts, to help it keep its shape.
Perfect storage: Keep the peanut vanilla candy clusters away from light and heat if you're going to keep them on the counter.
