Smoothie freezer packs are a game changer for meal prep. They’re quick to make and save tons of time during the week. Just freeze fruit, then blend with your favorite liquid when ready.

Ingredients

For the Berry Pack

  • ½ Cup raspberries fresh
  • ½ Cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 Cup strawberries fresh
  • 1 banana ripe

To Make a Smoothie

  • 1 ½ Cup milk or juice or water

Instructions

  • Put freezer pack berries and banana in a Ziploc bag, seal and freeze until ready to use.
  • To make the smoothie, dump contents of the berry freezer pack into your blender.
  • Add smoothie liquid and blend until smooth.

Notes

Use ripe bananas: They add natural sweetness and better texture.
Label your bags: Include the date and type of fruit mix.
Keep it flat: Freeze bags in a flat layer to save space.
Don’t overfill: Leave a little space in the bag so it seals well.
