- 1/2 Cup raspberries fresh
- 1/2 Cup blueberries fresh
- 1 Cup strawberries fresh
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 Cup milk or use juice or water
- Put freezer pack berries and banana in a Ziploc bag, seal and freeze until ready to use.
- To make the smoothie, dump contents of the berry freezer pack into your blender.
- Add smoothie liquid and blend until smooth.
