Equipment

Ingredients

For the White Mocha Sauce (Makes 2½ Cups)

For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • 3 Tablespoons white mocha sauce
  • 2 Ounces espresso hot
  • 1 Cup milk any kind
  • 1 Cup ice

Optional Toppings

Instructions

Make the White Mocha Sauce

  • To a small saucepan, add sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, milk, and salt.
  • Whisk together over medium heat, allowing the sugar to dissolve. Once the sugar has fully dissolved, remove from heat and add white chocolate chips.
  • Stir constantly until all the chocolate chips have melted and are fully incorporated into the sauce. Add sauce to a sealable container.

Make the Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • Add white mocha sauce to the bottom of a 16-ounce mug. Pour in hot espresso.
  • Swirl the sauce and the espresso around the bottom of the cup until they are fully mixed. Add milk followed by ice.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped white chocolate chips, if liked.

Notes

Stir the sauce well: Keep whisking until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Chill the sauce: Let it cool before using in iced drinks to prevent melting the ice.
Store the extra: The white mocha sauce keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
