Ingredients

  • 4 Cups iced tea sweetened to taste
  • 2 Cups raspberries fresh or thawed
  • 2 Cups water

Instructions

  • With a food processor, blend raspberries until puréed.
  • Strain purée to remove seeds.
  • Mix together purée, sweet tea and water.
  • Add a few raspberries to each mold, if liked, and then pour tea mixture over top to fill.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill everything first: Use cold tea and water to speed up freezing time.
Leave space: Leave a little room at the top of each mold for expansion during freezing.
Use good molds: Silicone molds make removing the popsicles easier and cleaner.
