Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by adding a splash of grenadine to each of 12 popsicle molds.
  • Carefully add a tablespoon of crushed pineapple to each mold. This will help to keep the grenadine and pineapple separated in layers.
  • Add a teaspoon of coconut flakes to the popsicles. Top with coconut milk until just about filled. Place popsicle stick cover over the top and freeze.

Notes

Keep fruit frozen: Cold fruit helps layers stay neat.
Pour slowly: A gentle pour prevents colors from mixing.
Flat freeze: Place molds on a level freezer shelf for even layers.
Simple serving: Run some warm water over the mold to make it easier to get the popsicle out. Don't use hot water for this.
