Summer abs…where are you!?! If you follow my stories on Instagram you know that I have been working out a lot lately. Exercise really helps me manage my Type 1 diabetes, which I have had for over a year now. I love to mix it up and I am always trying new things and often working out a few times each day. This time of year the focus many days has been on building some summer abs!
I can’t believe summer is right around the corner!! It seems to have went from mid winter to smoking hot in a matter of weeks.
I am no expert and gosh, if you look at me you will see my abs are a work in progress, but let’s keep it real…summer abs are a lot of work! This workout is one of my go to that I use twice a week to get those abs working and get them sore. I love waking up the next day with really sore abs and this workout will totally do that for you.
Make sure you combine your workouts with a proper diet because we all know how important it is to treat your body right and fuel it properly.
Here is the workout below. Screen shot it to keep on your camera roll. Repeat 3 times, do at your own pace and have fun with it. 🙂
