During the summer months, it isn’t uncommon that I try to grab every moment I can outside enjoying the good weather. That means, sometimes you need a quick and easy meal. This pineapple bowl fruit salad is a great solution for an easy, but healthy, side dish or dessert.
Pizza is a go-to for me when I have friends over and it just happens to go perfectly with this pineapple bowl fruit salad. Try this pizza + fruit salad combination with friends because we know that everyone enjoys to come together over the timeless pizza.
I suggest you try out Red Baron pizza because it is pizza perfection! The crust isn’t too thick or too thin but my absolute favorite part is the crispness with every bite! I am guessing they know what they are doing since they have been around for 40 years! That is a lot of exclamation points…but really!!!
A pineapple a day keeps the worries away.
- Pineapple, whole
- Fruit, berries and/or melons, fresh
- Each pineapple will make two bowls. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise.
- Using a small knife, cut the center out of the pineapple. A grapefruit spoon or regular spoon can be used to remove the pineapple.
- Wash and prepare fruit, berries and/or melon. Fill center of the pineapple with the fruit and eat immediately.
We go together like Netflix and pizza. ❤
I always pick up my Red Baron pizzas at my local Walmart. They are in the freezer section and there are so many different varieties to choose from. My brother can easily eat a whole pizza on his own, so I usually pick up several because they go fast when he is around. Check out this Ibotta offer for some savings on Red Baron.
I just realized I was wearing a pineapple shirt at the store. I think this scrumptious dessert was on my mind even then!
Thanks for all your blog love and support. It means so much to me! 🙂
