Late last fall I moved into my very first place. Yeah!  It is very small, but the perfect size for just me. I literally had nothing in the way of furniture or decor, so I have been working away making the space one that I will love to live and work in. One of the things I knew I wanted was a lot of color and a few gallery walls. Enter Minted who helped a newbie like me navigate the whole process.

I wanted to add a gallery wall in my small dining area above the table and also in my bedroom above the bed. I loved all the prints that I saw in Minted but being the procrastinator that I am….I looked for weeks and could not make up my mind about what would work. It was a little overwhelming because I had a hard time focusing on a look/theme/color scheme etc. I was all over the place!

My ceiling fan from Lamps Plus kept my space cool this summer. It was a lifesaver in my condo with no AC!!

Minted Art Styling Service

Thank goodness for Minted Art Styling Service….which was the best choice I made as I struggled.  After you pay for the service (very reasonable fee), here how it works…you take a picture of the space you want to add the print, measure the area and then you upload all the details to the website along with some inspiration. There are some quick and easy questions to answer about style and colors…and that is it!

A couple days later the Minted stylist emailed me with two options mocked up in my space (including prices). How easy is that ?! I provided some feedback and a bit later I was sent another round of options which allowed me to pick my favorite option…which by the way was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Below is an example of what was sent to me…and I picked!

Hanging Your Minted Prints

The prints came boxed individually and with all the hardware you needed to install them. One of the best things I can say was the instructions for installing. It included all the dimensions needed to exactly recreate what the Stylist had designed for me.

I went through the same process using a Minted Stylist to help me with my bedroom wall. This time I had a personal photograph that I wanted to incorporate and a quote.

Minted Custom Art Options

Minted has great options for personalizing your gallery walls. I used the custom art options  to do just that!

Same as for the dining area, I received options from the Minted Stylist, suggested revisions and received details of exactly what to order. SOOOOO easy!

Seeing it all mocked up in my actual bedroom really helped someone as indecisive as me make a decision.
