  • Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place chicken into a large mixing bowl. Combine with the mozzarella balls, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and peppercorns. Add the tomatoes and half the basil and toss to coat.
