I like to use beef broth and beef bouillon to enrich the flavour. You can use others for crockpot beef and noodles, such as vegetable bouillon if you prefer. The mushroom soup should be regular, not condensed. If you’re using condensed then make it up to 20 ounces adding as much water as the can specifies.

It’s one of my favourite meals, for sure. Make extra – it keeps in an airtight container and is so simple to reheat. You can also make different variations but switching up some of the ingredients.

    1. I have not tried this, but I would suggest just the last bit (10 to 15 minutes) as it doesn’t take long to cook the noodles. It will vary based on the noodles you use, too. Look at the package for reference.
