This leg workout ( with a bit of a booty workout added in) is for the win! Not only does it tone those legs but it also helps tone that booty (that we all want looking nice for summer). If you follow my stories on Instagram you know that I have been working out a lot lately. I may be addicted and often work out a few times each day.
Exercise really helps me manage my Type 1 diabetes. I love to mix it up and I am always trying new things. I try to focus on legs twice a week. There is nothing worse then having a flat booty and you can count on this workout to help you get to your leg and booty goals.
I am not a expert (at all!!) and if you look at me you will see my legs and booty are a work in progress, but let’s keep it real. I love waking up the next day after a workout really feeling it and this workout will do that for you.
Make sure you combine your leg workout with a proper diet because we all know how important it is to treat your body right and fuel it properly.
