During my recent trip to Kissimmee, I stayed at the new Margaritaville Resort. It is an amazing property is a piece of paradise that has it all…restaurants, pools, a spa, a gym and of course comfy cozy rooms. Margaritville Resort gives you that at home experience while away from home.

Their goal is to make it seem like you are on a beach while at the resort and I think they did a pretty good job of that. 🙂 When you enter the hotel you see this HUGE flip flop that represents the Jimmy Buffet song Margaritaville…”I blew out my flip flop ..Stepped on a pop top..Cut my heel had to cruise on back home”. Also, if you go the the Margitaville Resort, don’t forget to look up in the lobby and you will see hundreds of margarita glasses hanging from above.
I was joined on this trip to the Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee with Torri and Michael.
A special thank you to Faith for taking my photos and joining me on this trip.
Lets talk rooms!!! Each room has the most comfy bed and I am not exaggerating… I slept so well! Each room also has a patio and huge bathrooms.
The resort is so close to everything in Kissimmee. They have a shuttle to Disney and the other parks in the area. Check out my Kissimmee blog post to get more information on what I did on this trip.
One of my favourite parts about the resort is the pool area. They have a huge area with sand and the pool is heated so it is nice and warm. This Canadian appreciated the sunshine and pool time. I really enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing afternoon just laying in the hammock.
The hotel has three restaurants. They had great gluten free options which is always important when traveling as a celiac. They had the best gluten free oatmeal and fruit for breakfast at On Vacation. At Euphoria they had delicious chicken and vegetables which I really enjoyed.
And well it almost goes without saying …..make sure you try their margaritas because they are the BEST! I was fortunate to be there on National Margarita Day!

At the resort you can either stay in their traditional rooms or there are cottage rentals which have many rooms, kitchens and their own pools. The cottages are a great option for big families or groups. Plus…they are such cute colours with a Key West vibe. I am in LOVE! 🙂
