Summertime = Popsicles. I love making homemade popsicles in the summer. Fruit flavours are always my favourite. However now that I have diabetes and need to be careful about what I eat, making my own is really the only way I will probably eat one. You will love these peaches and cream popsicles!
Peaches and cherries are my favourite summertime fruits to incorporate into popsicles. During the summertime in British Columbia (my home province) you can find beautiful peaches in the southern parts of the Okanagan, Similkameen, and Kootenay valley. The peaches do well here because they have a better chance of surviving harsh winters. In B.C, the most popular type of peach that is grown here is the freestone stone.
The white chocolate and walnut topping is optional, but really does make them extra special, especially when sharing. In these peaches and cream popsicles, the peaches combined with the Greek yogurt is a tasty combination.
Did you know that a large peach contains 3 grams of fibre and has less than 70 calories! Peaches are also a great source of vitamin A and C. Making these delicious peaches and cream popsicles provide you with alternative options to simple juice popsicles, all while intaking all the vitamins and nutrients peaches have to offer!

Another fun fact about peaches is that they contain 89% water, this makes peaches perfect as a refreshing snack on a hot summer day on their own and even better in these peaches and cream popsicles!
Let me know if you try these peaches and cream popsicles. Have a great day! 🙂
Oh my god I’m so making these! What molds do you use?
