- Grease the bottom of the air fryer with a pastry brush.

- Use the pastry brush to dab oil over the sweet potatoes.
- Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip the wedges over. Dab more oil on the potatoes.
- Cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes or until tender and crispy. If you have 2 racks in your air fryer, it might take a bit longer.
