- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon black pepper
- ½ Teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ¼ Teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 Cup whole milk
- ½ Cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 10 Ounces carrots, shredded or cut into matchsticks
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded
- 4 Ounces spinach, fresh
Instructions
- Sauté the onions with the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven, and cook until golden.
