I recently tried goat yoga at Maan Farms in Abbotsford and it was really, really fun! Not only do you get to hang out with adorable baby goats and older goats but it is also such a great workout. It is such a fun experience to do with friends or just on your own.
Try it at Maan Farms
Goat yoga is the newest thing in yoga and I can see why it is getting to be so popular. I’d say it’s time to visit Maan Farms for the yoga experience! Really, you can’t go wrong hanging out with some goats at Maan Farms. 🙂
After your goat yoga class, you even get a cup of traditional Indian chai made with freshly grounded cardomom, fennel, cloves and cinnamon. Yumma!
What is Goat Yoga?
Goat yoga is with goats and on a farm, so expect to get dirty…but that is just part of the experience of getting close to natures critters.
Yoga is a great way to relax and take time for yourself. I have always been a fan of yoga but only do it periodically, so I consider myself quite the novice. I was lucky to have my new friend Abbey there to help me get into some easy poses.
Abbey is sooo good at yoga and she has one of the best yoga Instagram accounts. Her husband Dennis takes all the images for her and his is another Instagram account that I am loving right now. Both are amazing humans! 🙂
Thanks to Brooklyn D Photography for the adorable goat yoga photos!
Hope y’all try out the Maan Farms goat yoga or someplace local to you. I think this is the only goat yoga in Abbotsford but there may be one near you!
