Instructions
- Cut the tops off of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and flesh.
- Drizzle the insides of the tomatoes with a tablespoon or 2 of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each tomato with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and another sprinkling of salt of pepper before garnishing with fresh basil.
