Vitamins have been a part of my day-to-day for as long as I can remember. My mom used to make me take them when I was little and would tell me they’d help make me a stronger skater! Now, I’ve hung up the skates, but I’m certainly still taking my vitamins. They’ve become a natural part of my health and wellness routine and this doesn’t change when I travel!
