- ¼ Teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

- ½ Cup water
- ¼ Cup white vinegar, distilled
- ¼ Cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
Instructions

- Cool in cold water or ice bath, drain and peel.
