  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare your loaf pan by lining with parchment paper and then set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine your oat milk and apple cider vinegar. Allow it to sit for about 2 minutes.
  • In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and also the flax seeds. Stir to combine.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • In another bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients. Mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
  • Transfer wet mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Add the crumble evenly on the top of the wet loaf mixture.
  • Bake the vegan gluten free apple loaf for about 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.

      hi! The conversion that I use for apples is:

      1 large apple = 2 cups sliced or chopped = 1 1/2 cups finely chopped =1 1/4 cups grated = 3/4 cup sauce

      so 3 large apples would be about 3.75 cups grated apple
