Ingredients

  • 8 cups Water boiling
  • 4 Tbsp butterfly pea powder
  • 2 Cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 3 Tbsp sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Boil water, add the butterfly pea powder. Stir and refrigerate to cool completely.
  • Fill tall glasses with ice and fill 3/4 way with chilled butterfly pea mixture.
  • Stir your sweetener of choice into the lemon juice.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup sweetened lemon juice into each glasses and watch the color change.
