Frozen Mint Lemonade – Refreshing Limonana

Both tasty and refreshing, limonana is a frozen mint slush drink. This lemon and mink drink makes a change from other frozen lemon summer drinks. This frozen mint lemonade is a great way to cool down. A frozen lemonade recipe is just what this summer needs!

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup mint
  • 1 Cup water 
  • 3 1/2 Cup ice

Instructions 

  • In the glass of a high powered blender add the lemon juice, sugar, mint and water. Pulse until everything is well incorporated.  
  • Add the ice and continue pulsing until fully crushed.  
  • Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs. 

Notes

  • If you want a more tart lemonade you can use ½ Cup lemon juice and ¼ Cup lime juice. You might need to bump up the sugar and add 2 tbsp more.
