- ½ Teaspoon salt

- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 Tablespoon Parmesan grated
- 3 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tablespoon parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a dutch oven to 325 degrees F.
- Peel the potatoes and discard peelings.
- Use a mandolin to slice potatoes thin. Form each into stacks of 10.
- Cut off the edges of the potatoes to form into rectangles. Cut each into ½” squares.
- Carefully add stacks to the hot oil. Fry for 7 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
- Add to a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic powder, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and parmesan.
