Brownie Sundae Waffle Bowls
Ingredients
- 6 waffle bowls,
- 1 Box brownie mix,
- 2 eggs
- ½ Cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
Optional Toppings
- hot fudge or caramel sauce
- sprinkles
- whipped cream
- maraschino cherries
- candies
- dried fruit
- candied nuts
- coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together boxed brownie mix, eggs, oil and water until fully combined. Place all 6 six waffle bowls on a baking sheet.
- Cut 6 pieces of foil about 15 inches long (it’s best to pull out 2 sheets, stack them and cut 3 equal strips from each piece) then wrap the rim of each bowl tightly.
- Divide the batter evenly between the waffle bowls, filling no more than half-full.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Once they are done baking, carefully move them to a cooling rack for about 5 minutes before removing the foil.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve.
