Top Tips

Use a feta cheese block: Buy a block of feta cheese to slice instead of crumbled feta for a creamier bite.
Keep the dressing separate: Toss the dressing and the salad together just before serving for the freshest result.
Use pitted olives: Buying ready-pitted olives is a time-saver.
The taste test: Taste the dressing once you’ve combined all the ingredients. It might need more lemon, more salt or pepper, or another small tweak.

Meal Prep Greek Salad FAQs

Can I serve this salad with a different dressing?

Yes, you can use your favorite salad dressing. I’ve had this recipe with the dressing from Olive Garden, which was delicious. Other options include vinaigrette, ranch or zesty Italian dressing.

Why is my Greek salad soggy?

This can happen when there’s too much moisture in it. I recommend using small, firm cucumbers, as they have less water than the larger ones. Also, you might like to remove the seeds from the tomatoes and make sure to pat try any vegetables you’ve rinsed off.
