I had my last exam of the semester and now I am on my winter break. I have a lot of shifts at work over the next few weeks, so I will be busy and hopefully stay out of trouble. Today I am working at a Santa breakfast, which I am really looking forward to. Kids at Christmas are just the cutest! Have a great Saturday!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1. Thoroughly blend until all ingredients are smooth.
- 2. Serve immediately.
- 3. Sprinkle some additional chia seeds on top.
