Nourishing Blue Smoothie Bowl

I love smoothie bowls! They are very much my thing.  They are so tasty and full of healthy ingredients. The best thing about smoothie bowls (in my opinion) is decorating them and and creating magical unicorn bowls like this one! This magical unicorn blue smoothie is made with some yummy stuff that is great for your body.

This tasty unicorn blue smoothie bowl has some really amazing ingredients in it.

Bananas – They are  loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6. They are great to keep you full longer.

Pineapples – They are good for the immune system support, bone strength and digestion. Plus they are anti-inflammatory .

Peaches  – They are full of  calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, and zinc.

Blue spirulina – This is a great source of  protein and an excellent source of vitamins A, K1, K2, B12 and iron, manganese, and chromium.

You can buy blue spirulina powder online at a lot of places like here or here.

You can find the cute wood spoon here.  🙂 Don’t put it in the dishwasher though.
